2 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT
3 MAP 26002.
4 THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 26002 is located within
6 the boundaries of the Redevelopment Project Area "C";
7 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission acts as the
Redevelopment Agency's planning body;

WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing
9 regarding Tentative Tract Map 26002 on May 16, 1990;
10 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made recommendations
to the Redevelopment Agency;

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency has reviewed the
12 staff reports and Planning Commission minutes;
13 WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency made the
determination that:

1. The R-1 zoning conforms to the Land Use
15 Element of the General Plan.
16 2. The proposed lots conforms to the Subdivision
Ordinance.

WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY reviewed each
18 Planning Commission recommendation including their
Findings of Fact.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
20 OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, Tentative Tract Map 26002 is
approved in accordance with the Conditions of Approval.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
22 incorporates by reference the Findings of Fact recommended
by the Planning commission pertaining to Tentative Tract
23 26002.
24 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of June 1990 by the
