A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP
26034.
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY
j RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
2 WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 26034 is located within the
boundaries of the Redevelopment Project Area "A";

WHEREAS, The Planning Commission acts as the REDEVELOPMENT
4 AGENCY'S planning body;
5 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing
regarding Tentative Parcel Map 26034 on May 16, 1990;
6 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made recommendations to the
7 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY;
8 WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY has reviewed the staff
reports and Planning Commission minutes;

WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY made the determination
10 that:
11l 1. The M-1 zoning conforms to the Land Use Element of the
General Plan.

2. The proposed lots conforms to the Subdivision
13 Ordinance.
14 WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY reviewed each Planning
Commission recommendation including their Findings of Fact.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
16 OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, Tentative Parcel Map 26034 is
approved in accordance with the Conditions of Approval.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
18 incorporates by reference the Findings of Fact recommended by thei
Planning commission pertaining to Tentative Parcel Map 26034.
