A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL
MAP 25869.
1 THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
2 WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map 25869 is located within
3 the boundaries of the Redevelopment Project Area "D";
4 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission acts as the
Redevelopment Agency's planning body;

WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing
6 regarding Tentative Parcel Map 25869 on May 16, 1990;
7 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made recommendations
to the Redevelopment Agency;
8 WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency has reviewed the
9 staff reports and Planning Commission minutes;
10 WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency made the
determination that:

1. The R-1 zoning conforms to the Land Use
12 Element of the General Plan.
13 2. The proposed lots conforms to the Subdivision
Ordinance.

WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY reviewed each
15j Planning Commission recommendation including their
Findings of Fact.
I6 ! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, Tentative Parcel Map 25869 is
approved in accordance with the Conditions of Approval.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
19 incorporates by reference the Findings of Fact recommended
by the Planning commission pertaining to Tentative Parcel
20 25869.
