3 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
4 CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 25576

THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
6 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

8 WHEREAS, Parcel Map 25576 is located within the boundaries of the
Redevelopment Agency.

WHEREAS, The Planning Commission acts as the Redevelopment
10 Agency's planning body.
11 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding
Parcel Map 25576 on February 14, 1990.

13 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made recommendations to the
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
14 WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency has reviewed the staff reports
15 and Planning Commission minutes.
16 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made the determination that:

19 FINDINGS OF FACT TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 25576

21 1. The subject site is outside of the 500 year floodplain and is 1/2 mile
from the nearest seismic study zone to the southeast.

2. Utilities are available to the site.

24 3. San Jacinto Avenue is a designated Urban Arterial Highway with an
existing right-of-way of 88' at this location and an ultimate right-of-way
25 of 134'.
26 1 4. Tentative Parcel Map 25576 is in substantial compliance with the City's
Subdivision Ordinance 673 and the Subdivision Map Act.

5. Tentative Parcel Map 25576 is within the range of the Stephen's
28 Kangaroo Rat habitat.
29 6. A biological report will not be required as the subject site is less than 2
30 acres and surrounded by development.

32 WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY reviewed each
Planning Commission recommendation including their Findings of Fact.
1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
2 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, Tentative
Parcel Map 25576 is approved in accordance with the Findings of Fact and
3 Conditions of Approval.

5 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of March 1990 by the
6 following vote:
7 AYES: Agency Members Divine, Rose, Boykin, Redding and Ford
