3 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
4 CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING 'TRACT 24217
5 THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
g DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, Tract 24217 is located within the boundaries of the
8 Redevelopment Agency,
9 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission acts as the Redevelopment
10 Agency's planning body.
11 WHEREAS, Tlie Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding
Tract 24217 on November 15, 1989.

WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made recommendations to the
13 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
14 WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency has reviewed the staff reports
15 and Planning Commission minutes.
16 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made the determination that:

19 FINDINGS OF FACT TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 24217

Tentative Tract Map 24217 is not located within a known flood zone.
22 2, Tentative Tract Map 24217 is located v ith a know special seismic study
zone.

74 3. Lake Park Drive is a designated 88' secondary highway and Soboba
Road is a designated 88' secondary highway.

4. Utilities are available to the site with main line extensions.

5. Tentative Tract Map 24217 is in substantial compliance with the City's
27 Subdivision Ordinance and the Subdivision Map Act.
28 6. Tentative Tract Map 24217 is within the historic range of the Stephen's
91 Kangaroo Rat.

31 i WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY reviewed each
Planning Commission recommendation including their Findings of Fact.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
2 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, Tentative
Tract Map 24217 is approved in accordance with the Findings of Fact and
g Conditions of Approval.
