3 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
4 CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING TRACT 25352

THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
6 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

8 WHEREAS, Tract 25352 is located within the boundaries of the
Redevelopment Agency.
9 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission acts as the Redevelopment
ip Agency's planning body.
11 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding
Tract 25352 on November 15, 1989.

I3 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made recommendations to the
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
14 WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency has reviewed the staff reports
15 and Planning Commission minutes.
161 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made the determination that:

24 3. Seventh street is a designated 88' secondary highway and Santa Fe is a
designated 66' right of way.

4. Utilities are available to the site with main line extensions.

5. Tentative Parcel Map 25352 is in substantial compliance with the City's
271 Subdivision Ordinance and the Subdivision Map Act.

281 6. Tentative Parcel Map 25352 is within the historic range of the Stephen's
29 Kangaroo Rat.

31 WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY reviewed each
Planning Commission recommendation including their Findings of Fact.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, Tentative
1 Parcel Map 25352 is approved in accordance with the Findings of Fact and
Conditions of Approval.

3 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 1989 by
the following vote:
