2i A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
3 THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING TRACT 25021
4 THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY
5 RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
C WHEREAS, Tract 25021 is located within the boundaries of the
Redevelopment Agency.
7 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission acts as the Redevelopment
Agency's planning body.

WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing
regarding Tract 25021 on September 13, 1989.
10 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made recommendations to the
11� REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
]2 WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency has reviewed the staff
reports and Planning Commission minutes.
13 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made the determination
14 that:
15 FINDINGS OF FACT TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 25021
1G 1. Tentative Parcel Map 25021 is not located within a known
flood zone.
17 ! 2. Tentative Parcel Map 25021 is not located with a know
18 special seismic study zone.
19 3. Idyllwild Drive is designated as a 88' secondary highway.
20 4. Utilities are available to the site with main line
extensions.
21 5. Tentative Parcel Map 25021 is in substantial compliance with ',
�2 the City's Subdivision Ordinance and the Subdivision Map
Act.
2`3 6. Tentative Parcel Map 25021 is within the historic range of
24 the Stephen's Kangaroo Rat.
25 7. Natural grade and drainage is to the north.
26! WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY reviewed each Planning
Commission recommendation including their Findings of Fact.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
24 OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, Tentative Parcel Map 25021 is
approved in accordance with the Findings of Fact.
