A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING TRACT 24368
THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Tract 24368 is located within the boundaries of the
Redevelopment Agency.
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission acts as the Redevelopment
Agency's planning body.
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing
regarding Tract 24368 on May 10, 1989.
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made recommendations to the
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency has reviewed the staff
reports and Planning Commission minutes.
WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY made the determination that:
1. The rear two lots are not accessible to a paved public
street.
2. A 30 foot access right from Idyllwild Drive to the two
interior lots is shown on the parcel map.
3. Utilities are readily available to the subject site
except sewer.
4. Tentative Parcel Map 24368 is in compliance with the
City's General Plan.
3. Tentative Parcel Map 24368 complies with the City's
Zoning Ordinance.
6. Tentative Parcel Map 24368 is in accordance with the
City's Subdivision Ordinance and the State of California
Subdivision Map Act.
WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY reviewed each Planning
Commission recommendation including their Findings of Fact.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, Tract 24368 is approved in accordance with
the Conditions of Approval as modified.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY incorporates
by reference the Findings of Fact recommended by the Planning
commission pertaining to Tract 24368.
MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of August 1989 by the
following vote:
AYES: Agency Members Redding, Boykin, Divine, Rose and Ford
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
