RESOLUTION NO. RDA-89-2

A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
3 THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING TRACT 23729.
4 THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, Tract 23729 is located within the boundaries of the
Soboba Springs Specific Plan
7 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission acts as the Redevelopment
Agency's planning body. '

s WHEREAS, The Planning Commission held a public hearing
l 91 regarding Tract 23729 on February 15, 1989
10 WHEREAS, The Planning Commission made recommendations to the
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.

WHEREAS, The Redevelopment Agency has reviewed the staff
1211 reports and Planning Commission minutes.

13 WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY made the determination
that:

1. PUD 1-89 is consistent with the approved Conceptuo
15! Master Plan.
IGi 2. The density is within the General Plan Density and
Zoning Density specified by the Plan.

3. Tentative Tract Map 23729 and PUD 1-89 are in
18 substantial compliance with the City's Subdivision and Zoning
Ordinances.

4. PUD 1-89 has the identical building elevations and
20 floor plans as Village IV.
21 5. Guest parking and recreational vehicle storage area has
not been designated on the subdivision plan.

6. A mapped seismic special studies zone dissects the
231 subject site.
2`1I 7. There are adequate sewer and water facilities to serve
25 the site provided proper extensions are made.

8. The San Jacinto Valley has been known in the past to be
26 a habitat for the Stephen's Kangaroo Rat.
27 9. Tentative Tract 23729 and PUD 1-89 complies with the
conditions and intent of the approved Environmental Impact
28 Report.

WHEREAS, The REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY reviewed each Planning
2 Commission recommendation including their Findings of Fact.
3 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY '!
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, Tract 23729 is approved in accordance
4 with the Conditions of Approval as modified.
5 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
incorporates by reference the Findings of Fact recommended by the
g Planning commission pertaining to Tract 23729
7 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this Ath day of April 1989 by the
following vote:
