1 A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO CITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO CERTAIN CIVIC CENTER
IMPROVEMENTS AND THE RETENTION OF CONSULTANTS THEREFORE

WHEREAS, the San .Jacinto City Redevelooment Agency has
decided to consider financinq certain civic center improvements,
r including without limitation a city hail , police and fire
J f-acility; and
6 WHEREAS, the Agenc; at this time wishes to retain certain
professional services to sssist in said financing;
4 NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED dv the San Jacinto City
Redevelopment Agency as follows:
Section 1. First -aiifornia Regicnai Securities, Inc. is
to hereby retained as �_�nderwriter for proposed civic center
improvements financinq in connection with the above-referenced
11 financinq in accordance with the terms of engagement set forth
in a letter from such firm on file with the Executive Director.
12 Section 2. S+..r adling, Vgcca, Carison. 3 Rauth, a
13 professional corporation, is herebv retained as bond counsel in
connect-on with the above-referenced financi':`Iq in accordance
14 with terms cf engagement set forth in a letter from such firm on
file . ith the Executive Director.
15 Section 3. The Executive Director s hereby directed to
IG pursue possible financinq of such improvements and to take all
preliminary steps toward the initial offering and sale pf
indebtedness for such purpose.
