Redevelopment Agency ( the°Agency" ) to finance a civic center,

A RESOL-NTION OF THE SAN JACINTO CITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY, CALIFCRNIA, C?F INTENT REGARDI0.IG CERTIFICATES
OF PA;RTiCIPATION
.- 2 WHEREAS, it is the present intent of the San Jacinto City
3 Redevelopment Agency (the'Agercy" ) to finance a civic center,
✓arious other capital improvemerts and a self-insurance reserve
4 (collectiveiv, the "PrDiact" ) with proceeds from the sale of
certificates of pa�.-ticipat.on ithe "Certificates" ; and
J WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Agency to retain
6 special counsel and an underwriter in r_ornection therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Sean Jacinto City
Redevelopment Anercy as follows:
The law firm of Brown & Wood is hereby appointed to act as
9 special counsel in connection with the sale of the Cert".f:rates.
Drown & Wood's fee shall be conditioned upon the completion of
10 s._ich sale.
�� First California Reeionai Securities ("First California" ) is
hereby appcinted ".o act as irderwriter to the Agencv i.
12 connection :,ith the sale of the Certificates. First
Cal it❑rn=_a's fee shall be conditioned upon tMe Agency entering
13 into contract of purchase with First California relating to such
sale.

16 the intent of this resolution.
