A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO CITY
I REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF THE
2 AGENCY'S MONIES IN LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND
3 WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 730 of the Statutes of 1976, Section 16429.1
4 was added to the California Government Code to create a Local Agency Invest-
5
ment Fund in the State Treasury for the deposit of money of a local agency
6 for purposes of investment by the State Treasurer; and
7 WHEREAS, the Agency Board does hereby find that the deposit and with-
$ drawal of the money in the local investment fund in accordance with the
9
provisions of Section 16429.1 of the Government Code for the purposes of
10 investment as stated therein is in the best interest of the San Jacinto
1] City Redevelopment Agency.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Agency Board does hereby
13 authorize the deposit and withdrawal of the San Jacinto City Redevelopment
141 Agency's monies in the Local Agency Investment Fund in the State Treasury
151 in accordance with the provisions of Section 16429.1 of the Government Code
16 for the purpose of investment as stated therein.
171 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following Agency Officers or their j
181 successors in office shall be authorized to order the deposit or withdrawal
