A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING AND DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF A
HOUSING POLICIES REPORT UNDER SECTION 103A
RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San
Jacinto, California as follows :
WHEREAS , Section 103A of the Internal Revenue Code of
1954 , as amended requires issuers of qualified mortgage bonds
to prepare and publish, following a public hearing preceded by
reasonable public notice, a report concerning housing policies;
WHEREAS, there has been prepared and filed with the
Secretary of this Agency a Housing Policies Report , and the
members of this Agency have reviewed said Report and each and
every part thereof ; and
WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing has been held
regarding the Report and all persons desiring to be heard have
been heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, It is hereby ORDERED and DETERMINED as
follows :
1. The Housing Policies Report is hereby adopted and
replaces any previously adopted Housing Policies Report.
2. The Secretary of the Agency is hereby directed to
have said Report on file in the offices of the Agency and to
have said report available to the general public.
3 . The Secretary of the Agency is hereby direg'ted to
submit a copy of such Report to th Internal Rev nue !Service an
or before December 31 , 1985 .
