RDA-83-18 A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE SOBOBA SPRINGS REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PROJECT AREA; AND DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF THE AGENCY TO TRANSMIT REQUIRED REDEVELOPMENT :DOCUMENTS TO THE SAN JACINTO CITY COUNCIL WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33213 of the California Health and Safety Code, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside did on May-17, 1983 adopt Ordinance No. 602 authorizing the City of San 'Jacinto and the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency to undertake redevelopment activities within spe- cifically designated unincorporated areas of the County of Riverside con- tiguous to the City of San Jacinto herein identified as the Soboba Springs Redevelopment Project Area and WHEREAS, the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency has prepared a proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Soboba Springs Redevelopment Project Area and has submitted same to the Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto; and WHEREAS, the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Soboba Springs Redevel- opment Project Area, including the Project Area' s legal description, is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Jacinto and is incor- porated herein by reference; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on the 7th day of November, 1983, con- sidered and reviewed said draft Environmental Impact Report and the proposed Soboba Springs Redevelopment Plan and Project Area and prepared a report to the Redevelopment Agency containing their comments and recommendations; and WHEREAS, the Soboba Springs Redevelopment Agency on the 14th day of December, 1983 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. , held a public hearing to consider the Soboba Springs Redevelopment Plan and Project Area and approved and certified the completion of the Environmental Impact Report relating to said Redevelopment Plan; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33352 of the California Health and Safety Code, the Redevelopment Plan submitted by the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency to the City Council has been accompanied by a Report of the Redevelopment Agency. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS: 1-2 Section 1. The legal description of the 'Soboba Springs Redevelopment Project Area, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Jacinto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby received and approved. Section 2. The Soboba Springs Redevelopment Plan and Project Area, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Jacinto and incorpor- ated herein by reference, is hereby received and approved. Section 3. The Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency is hereby author- ized and directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution, with all of its attachments, to the City Council for such action as it may wish to take.
