HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - RDA-83-15 SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. `RDA-83-15 - A RESOLUTION OF THE -SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE 'AGENCY'S FINAL REPORT ON THE SOBOBA SPRINGS REDEVELOPMENT PLAN; AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANS- MITTAL OF ITS FINAL REPORT TO THE SAN JACINTO CITY COUNCIL WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33213 of the California Health and Safety Code, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside did on May 17, 1983 adopt Ordinance No. 602 authorizing the City of San Jacinto and the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency to undertake redevelopment activities within spe- cifically designated unincorporated areas of the County of Riverside con- tiguous to the City of San Jacinto herein identified as the Soboba Springs Redevelopment Project Area; and WHEREAS, the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency has prepared a proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Soboba Springs Redevelopment Project Area and has submitted same to the Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33352 of the California Health and Safety Code, the Redevelopment Plan submitted by the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency to the City Council shall be accompanied by a report. WHEREAS, on November 8, 1983 the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency approved its Report to the San Jacinto City Council relative to the Soboba Springs Redevelopment Plan; and WHEREAS, certain additional information has been obtained since the approval of the Agency' s report and has been compiled into a Supplement to the Agency' s Report. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Redevelopment Agency' s final report consisting of the Agency' s original and supplemental Reports, pursuant to Section 33352 of the California Health and Safety Code, on file in the office of the City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby received and approved. Section 2. The Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency is hereby author- ized and directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution, with all of its attachments, to the City Council for such action as it may wish to take. 1-2 PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 14th day of December, `1 83.
