2 A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE AGENCY'S FINAL REPORT ON THE SOBOBA
3 SPRINGS REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PROJECT AREA AND
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSMITTAL OF THE REPORT PURSUANT
4 TO SECTION 33352 TO THE SAN JACINTO CITY COUNCIL.
5 14HEREAS oursuant to Section 33213 of the California Health and Safety
Code the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside did on May 17, 1983
6 adopt Ordinance No. 602 authorizing the City of San Jacinto and San Jacinto
Redevelopment Agency to undertake redevelopment activities within specifically
7 designated unincorporated areas of the County of Riverside to the City of
San Jacinto herein identified as the Soboba Springs Redevelooment Project
8 Area.
9 WHEREAS the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency has prepared a nroposed
Redevelopment Plan for the Soboba Springs Redevelopment Project Area and has
10 transmitted same to the Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto, and
11 NHEP,EAS the City of San Jacinto has prepared an Environmental Impact
Report pursuant to the California Environmental quality Act as amended re-
12 gardinn the environmental impact of the proposed Redevelopment Plan and
Project Area, and

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 33352 of the California Health and Safety
14 Code the Redevelopment Plan submitted by the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency
to the City Council is required to be accompanied by a report of the San
15 Jacinto Redevelopment Agency.
16 N0W THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
17 Section 1. The San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency report pursuant to
Section 33352 of the California Health and Safety Code on file in the office
18 of the City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference is hereby received
and approved.

Section 2. The Secretary of the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency is
20 hereby authorized and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution and
report with all of its attachments to the City Council and such action as
211 it may wish to make.
