2 A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ADOPTING A RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN
3 FOR THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA
4 WHEREAS, Section 33411 of the California Health and Safety Code requires
that the Redevelopment Agency shall prepare a feasible method or plan for re-
5 location of: 1) families and persons to be temporarily or permanently dis-
placed from housing facilities in the Project Area; or 2) nonprofit local com-
p munity institutions to be temporarily or permanently displaced from facilities
actually used for institutional purposes in the Project Area; and
WHEREAS, Section 600.83 of the San Jacinto Redevelopment Plan provides
8 for relocation of persons displaced by the project; and
9 ';HEREAS, the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency has prepared a Relocation
Assistance Plan pursuant to Section 33411 of the California Health and Safety
10 Code, the California Relocation Assistance Act (California Government Code
Section 7260 et seq), and the Federal Urban Relocation Assistance and Real
11 Property Acquisition Policies Act.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE SAN JACINTO
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS:

1 . The San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency hereby approves and adopts the
14 Relocation Assistance Plan for the San Jacinto Redevelopment Project
as referenced herein and attached hereto.

2. The Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency is hereby directed to main-
16 twin a copy of the Relocation Assistance Plan on file in the Office
17 of the City Clerk of the City of San Jacinto for public inspection.
18 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of September 1983.
