2 A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY ADOPTING THE RULES AND GUIDELINES OF
3 THE PREPARATION OF REPLACEMENT HOUSING PLANS
FOR THE SAP! JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA

lJHEREAS, Section 33413.5 of the California Health and Safety Code requires
5 that no less than 30 days prior to the execution of an agreement for acquisi-
tion of real property, or the execution of an agreement for the disposition
6 and development of property, or the execution of an owner participation agree-
ment, which agreement would lead to the destruction or removal of dwelling
7 units from the low- and moderate-income housing market, the Agency shall adopt
by resolution a Replacement Housing Plan; and

WHEREAS, Section 600.83 of the San Jacinto Redevelopment Plan provides
g for the implementation of the intent of Section 33413.5 of the California
Health and Safety Code:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE SAN JACINTO

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLL0WS:

1 . The San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency hereby approves and adopts the
13
Rules and Guidelines for the preparation of Replacement Housing Plans as
14
referenced herein and attached hereto.

2. The Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency is hereby directed to main-
16
tain a copy of the Rules and Guidelines for the Preparation of Replacement
17
Housing Plans on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of San
18
Jacinto for public inspection.

PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of September 1983.
