2 A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
3 PROJECT AREA: APPROVING THE AGENCY'S FINAL REPORT TO
THE CITY COUNCIL AND DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF THE
4 AGENCY TO TRANSMIT REQUIRED REDEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS
TO THE SAN JACINTO CITY COUNCIL
5 WHEREAS, the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency has prepared a proposed
6 Redevelopment Plan for the San Jacinto Redevelopment Project Area and has sub-
mitted same to both the Project Area Committee and the Planning Commission of
7 the City of San Jacinto; and
8 WHEREAS, the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the San Jacinto Redevelop-
ment Project Area, including the Project Area's legal description, is attached
9 hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
10 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto has prepared an Environmental Impact
Report pursuant to the Environmental Quality Act, as amended, regarding the
11 environmental impact of the proposed Redevelopment Plan and Project Area; and
12 YHEREAS, the Planning Commission on the 4th day of April 1983, considered
and reviewed said draft Environmental Impact Report and the proposed San
13 Jacinto Redevelopment Plan and Project Area and prepared a report to the
Redevelopment Agency containing their comments and recommendations; and
14 WHEREAS, the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency on the 16th of June 1983
15 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. held a public hearing to consider the San Jacinto
Redevelopment Plan and Project Area and approved and certified the completion
16 of the Environmental Impact Report relating to said Redevelopment Plan; and
17 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33352 of the California Health and Safety
Code, the Redevelopment Plan submitted by the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency
18 to the City Council shall be accompanied by a report.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE SAN JACINTO
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1 , The legal description of the San Jacinto Redevelopment Pro-
21 ject Area, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby
received and approved.

Section 2. The San Jacinto Redevelopment Plan and Project Area, attached
23 hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby received and approved.
24 Section 3. The Redevelopment Agency's final report pursuant to Section
33352 of the California Health and Safety Code, attached hereto and incorpor-
25 ated herein by reference, is hereby received and approved.
26 Section 4. The Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency is hereby author-
ized and directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution, with all of its at-
27 tachments, to the City Council for such action as it may wish to take.
28 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June 1983.1983.
