2 I A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE REPORT ON THE SAN JACINTO
3 REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, PROJECT AREA, AND ENVIRONMEtTAL
IMPACT REPORT; AUTHORIZING THE TRANSMITTAL OF ITS
4 REPORT TO THE SAN JACINTO CITY COUNCIL
51 WHEREAS, the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency has sreeriously prepared a
proposed Redevelopment Plan for the San Jacintc Redeve-lopment Drcject Area and
8 has submitted same to both the Project Area Committee and the Flannino Comin -

lion of the City of San Jacinto; and

WHEREAS, the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the San: Jac-intc Redevelopment
8 Project Area, including the Project Area's legal deserlption, is incorpore.tea
herein by reference; and

WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto jity Act, as amendedto has prepared a written report, pursuant to
i0,1 the Environmental Qua , regarding the environmental impact of
the proposed Redevelopment Plan and Project Area, and

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission On the 4th day of April 1983, at the hour
2I of 7:30 p.m., considered and reviewed Said draft Environmental Impact Report and
the San Jacinto Redevelopment Plan and Project Area, as proposed, and consideredg
13' comments, correspondence, reports and testimony relative to these matters; and
14 , WHEREAS, on January 18, 1983, the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency adopted
15 Resolution No. 83-1 entitled:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PRELIMINARILY
16; APPROVING THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PROJECT AREA SUBJECT
TO FURTHER REVIEW AND PUBLIC HEARING; DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF THE
17 AGENCY TO TRANSMIT REQUIRED REDEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS TO THE APPROPRIATE
COUNTY AND STATE AGENCIES: APPROVING THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
T8 REPORT; AND DIRECTING STAFF TO TRANSMIT THE REQUIRED NOTICE OF
COMPLETION."

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33327 of the California Health and Safety Cede,
20 the Redevelopment Agency did transmit a letter of their intent to adopt a Re-
development Plan and Project Area to specific State and County Agencies and
21 and filed a draft Environmental Impact Resort and Notice of Completion with said
Agencies; and

WHEREAS, all oral and written comments and testimony have been reviewed andl
2311' answered, where appropriate, and incorporated into the final Environmental Impac

Report, and

WHEREAS, after reviewing the comments and a report from the County of River
25side relative to a fiscal review of the proposed plan, the Redevelopment Agency
did prepare a report of the proposed Redevelopment Plan in accordance with Sec-
25 , tion 33352 of the California Health and Safety Code to accompany the Redevelop-
ment Plan; and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Community Redevelopment Law, the San Jacinto
28I Redevelopment Agency did on this 3rd day of May 1983, consider the proposed San
Jacinto Redevelopment Plan and Project Area, prepare their report to the City
29 '' Council, and consider comments, correspondence, reports and testimony to these
matters.

i NOW, THEREOFRE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE SAN JACINTO

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS:
32 Section 1 , The San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency hereby approves and

Section 2. The Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency is hereby authorized
3 and directed to transmit a copy of this Resolution with all of its attachments, 1
along with any additional information and documentation, tc the City Counc l Porf

Agency,
