21 A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JACINTO REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING AND ADOPTING CONFLICT OF
3 INTEREST CODE REQUIREMENTS PURSUANT TO SECTION
87300 ET. SEQ. OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE

5 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto created the San Jacinto Redevelopment
6 I Agency on May 4, 1982, by Ordinance No. 725 for purposes of considering and
7 pursuing redevelopment activities in the community pursuant to the Community
81 Redevelopment Law, California Health and Safety Code, Sections 33000 et. seq.,
911 and has since been authorized and directed by the City Council of the City of
10'i San Jacinto to formulate and implement a Redevelopment Plan within one or more
11 redevelopment project areas; and
12 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 725 has taken effect and all other requirements of
13 law have been met so that the San Jacinto Redevelopment Agency is now authorized
14 to function in the City of San Jacinto and is permitted to transact any business
151, and to exercise any powers conferred thereon by the provision of the Community
16 Redevelopment Law (Part I, commencing with Section 33000 of Division 24 of the
17 Health and Safety Code of the State of California); and
18 WHEREAS, Section 87300 et. seq, of the California Government Code requires
19 that every Agency shall adopt and promulgate a Conflict of Interest Code.
201 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE SAN JACINTO
21 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AS FOLLOWS:
221I Section 1 . The terms of California Administrative Code Section 18730 and
23 any amendments to it duly adopted by the Fair Political Practices Commission,24 along with the attached rules and requirements as prepared pursuant to Section
25 87300 of the California Government Code in which officials and employees are
26 '' designated and disclosure categories are set forth, are hereby incorporated
27 herein by reference and constitute the Conflict of Interest Codes for the
28 following:
29 a) Officers of the Agency; and
30 b) Employees, agents and consultants of the Agency
31 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of Decenber 1982.
