A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING BOND FOR CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, San Jacinto Municipal Code, section 2.12.030 provides, "The city manager
shall furnish a corporate surety bond to be approved by the city council in such sum as may be
determined by the city council, for the performance of his or her official duties as required by
law"; and
WHEREAS, Government Code section 36520 further provides that "The city council
shall approve all bonds. When approved, the city manager's bond shall be filed with the
mayor"; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED determined and ordered by the City Council of
the City of San Jacinto:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby approves the bond
dated as of January 14th, 2014, presented on February 4, 2014 on behalf
of Mr. Timothy Hults.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this resolution. This
resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED, this 4th day of February, 2014 by the following
vote:
Ayes: Bartel, Kotyuk, Miller, Ruiz, Ledezma
Nays: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
