A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, RECITING THE FACTS OF THE
CONSOLIDATED REGULAR MUNICIPAL AND SPECIAL ELECTIONS
CONDUCTED ON NOVEMBER 6, 2012 AND DECLARING THE
RESULTS OF SAID ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto consolidated its general municipal and
special elections on November 6, 2012, as designated by the Resolution Nos. 3424,
3425 and 3437; and
WHEREAS, on November 26, 2012, the Riverside County Registrar of Voters
certified the results of the canvass for the November 6, 2012 consolidated regular and
special elections to the San Jacinto City Clerk, as required by state law; and
WHEREAS, the results of said certified canvass are attached hereto as Exhibit A
and incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has certified the results of the regular and special
elections to the City Council, pursuant to Elections Code 10262.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, determined and ordered by the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto, that at this time the City Council desires to declare
the results of the election, pursuant to California Elections Code 10264 and 10265:
SECTION 1. Recitals. The above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2. Declaration of Election Results. This City Council does hereby
declare, pursuant to Elections Code sections 10264, 10263, and
10265, the following results of the consolidated regular and special
election of November 6, 2012:

SECTION 3. Declaration of Persons Elected. This City Council does hereby
declare the following persons elected to the three (3) City
Councilmember positions and one (1) City Treasurer position:

SECTION 4. Declaration of Ballot Measure. This City Council does hereby
declare the following results of Ballot Measure AA:

Total 369
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the approval and adoption of this
Resolution and enter it into the book of original Resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 2012, by the
following vote:

Nays: None
Absent: Di Memmo
