A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, CALLING A GENERAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 6, 2012
WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election will be held in the City of San Jacinto
on the 6th day of November, 2012, for the full terms of four (4) years for three (3)
council member seats and the city treasurer's seat.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, determined, and ordered by the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto as follows:
1. The City Council hereby authorizes the Registrar of Voters to conduct the
General Municipal Election on behalf of the City of San Jacinto.
2. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on November 6, 2012.
3. The General Municipal Election will be held and conducted in all manners as
prescribed by law.
4. The City Clerk of the City of San Jacinto will give notice of such election by
publication in the local newspaper.
5. The Riverside County Registrar of Voters is requested to canvass said
election for the City of San Jacinto.
6. The City Clerk of the City of San Jacinto is authorized and directed to file a
certified copy of this Resolution with the Riverside County Registrar of Voters.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 19`h day of June, 2012, by the following vote:
Ayes: Bartel, Di Memmo, Ledezma, Miller, Kotyuk
Nays: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
