A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. RDA
99-3, A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING AN
ESTUDILLO MANSION COMMITTEE AND THE RULES OF
PROCEDURE FOR THE MEETINGS AND RELATED FUNCTIONS AND
ACTIVITIES AND IDENTIFICATION OF THEIR PURPOSE AND TERMS
OF OFFICE
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of February 1998, the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of San Jacinto established an Estudillo Mansion
Committee with the adoption of Resolution No. RDA 99-3,
WHEREAS, in order to clarify the purpose, membership, and operation
procedures for the Estudillo Mansion Committee, as a Committee of the City of San
Jacinto, rather than the Redevelopment Agency, a repeal of Resolution No. RDA 99-3 is
needed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal of Resolution No. RDA 99-3. The Board of Directors hereby
repeals Resolution No. RDA 99-3, a Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of San Jacinto, California, establishing an Estudillo Mansion Committee and the
rules of procedure for the meetings and related functions and activities and identification
of their purpose and terms of office.
Approved and adopted this 6`h day of September, 2001, by the following vote:
Ayes: Ayres, Carlson-Buydos, Good, Williams
Noes: None
Absent: Conner
Abstain: None

NOTE TO FILE:
RDA Resolution No. 01-4 was passed and adopted but never printed and signed prior to
Chairman Patrick A. Williams leaving office and City Clerk Susan Matthew no longer
being employed with the City of San Jacinto.
