A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2001-2002
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of San Jacinto wishes to adopt a
budget for the subsequent fiscal year for estimated revenues and estimated
expenditures; and
WHEREAS, Staff has presented an operating and capital budget
containing the Redevelopment Funds, to meet the needs of the Citizens of the
City of San Jacinto; and
WHEREAS, the Board has thoroughly examined and analyzed the
proposed budget in order to meet the needs of the Citizens of the City of San
Jacinto; and
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of San Jacinto operates on a
fiscal year beginning July 1st of each year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the
Redevelopment Agency of San Jacinto as follows:
Section 1. The budget for Fiscal Year 2001-2002, a copy of which is on
file in the City Clerk's Office, is hereby adopted with total estimated expenditures
of $6,900,071, to be funded by estimated revenues of$ 3,509,324 use of
available fund balance of$1,502,009 and interfund transfers of$1,870,738.
Section 2. The reallocation of appropriations between departmental
activities may be made by the City Manager. Budget Amendments to the adopted
budget may only be made with the approval and resolution of the Agency Board.

RDA Resolution No. 01-3 was passed and adopted but never printed and signed prior to
Chairman Patrick A. Williams leaving office and City Clerk Susan Matthew no longer
being employed with the City of San Jacinto.
