A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE NECESSITY FOR
ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENDITURES FROM THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY LOW AND MODERATE HOUSING FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR
2007-2008
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the State of California law and the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Jacinto that the Low and Moderate Income
Housing Fund be purposed to the maximum extent possible to help defray the costs
of production, improvement, and preservation of low and moderate income housing;
and
WHEREAS, the low and moderate monies that will be expended in the
Redevelopment Agency Low and Moderate Housing Fund in fiscal year 2007-2008
will help to improve the supply of affordable housing within the Redevelopment
Project Areas and the City; and
WHEREAS, the appropriation of funds in the Low and Moderate Housing Fund
in the fiscal year 2007-2008 budget are associated with the development,
improvement, and preservation of low and moderate income housing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency
Board of the City of San Jacinto, California, that it is determined that budgeted
appropriations and actual expenditures of fiscal year 2007-2008 are necessary to
affordable housing programs and activities in accordance with California Health and
Safety Code, Section 33334.3(d).
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February 2008, by the following
vote:
Ayes: Ayres, Carlson, Mansperger, Ritchie
Nays: None
Absent: Stubblefield
Abstain: None
