A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE NECESSITY
FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENDITURES FROM THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY LOW AND MODERATE HOUSING FUND
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the State of California law and the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Jacinto that the Low and Moderate Income
Housing Fund be purposed to the maximum extent possible to help defray the costs
of production, improvement, and preservation of low and moderate income housing;
and
WHEREAS, the low and moderate monies that were expended in the
Redevelopment Agency Low and Moderate Housing Fund in fiscal year 2006-2007
did help to improve the supply of affordable housing within the Redevelopment
Project Areas and the City; and
WHEREAS, the appropriation of funds in the Low and Moderate Housing
Fund in the fiscal year 2006-2007 budget were associated with the development,
improvement, and preservation of low and moderate income housing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Redevelopment Agency
Board of the City of San Jacinto, California, that it has determined that budgeted
appropriations and actual expenditures of fiscal year 2006-2007 were necessary to
housing programs and activities in accordance with Califomia Health and Safety
Code, Section 33334.3(d).
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February 2008 by the following
vote:
Ayes: Carlson, Mansperger, Ritchie, Ayres
Nays: None
Absent: Stubblefield

adopted and approved at a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the
