A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND
AUTIIORIZING DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS,the City of San Jacinto from time to time accumulates property not usable as a
result of damage, age, or no longer safe for use, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto in an effort not to harbor property
which cannot be used or is not cost effective to repair, has the authority to declare the property as
surplus;
WHEREAS, the City Fire Truck, California license number E705091, Vehicle Identification
Number 7CE538V570560, a 1979 GMC, Sierra 5000 is no longer of use to the City:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of San Jacinto declares
said property to be surplus and authorizes the disposal of said property in accordance with lawful
procedures.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 1998.
