CITY OF SAN JACINTO,. CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
FACSIMILE SIGNATURE. AGREEMENT FOR BANK ACCOUNTS AT THE
BANK OF HEMET IN SAN JACINTO
WIIERFAS, The City of San .Jacinto will need 10 update its signature card with Bank of Hemet
and
WHEREAS, l'he City has designated the Mayor. Vice Mayor, and the City Manager as signers
on the bank account, and
WHEREAS, Bank Of']lemet requires the City io adopt n corporate resolution and authorization
for the facsimile signatures n recnhent
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the following v,ill be authorized signers and
facsimile signatures on Bank ofHesnet bank accounts:

Vice Mayor Debbie Cornett
