WHEREAS, The City has dcsi4gnated the 1la,on Vice Mayor. and the CitN Manager as signers
oit the bank account: and
WHFRFAS, Bank of Hemet requites the City to adopt a corporate resolution and authorization
to desiLnate authorized signers on bank accoumts:
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED That the lolloxying will be authorized signcrs on
Bank or ilemet bank accounts:
