A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2003, A RESOLUTION JOINTLY
CONSIDERED WITH THE CITY OF HEMET. PERTAINING
TO ANNEXATION OF UNINCORPORATED AREA BETWEEN
ESPLANADE AND EATON.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2003 on October 22, 199L
pertaining to annexation of the area south of Esplanade and west of State Street
WHEREAS, due to recessionary times and changes in City perspective, the policies of the
City of Hemet and City of San Jacinto in Resolution No's 2003 and 2934 are no longer
appropriate.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Resolution No 2003 is hereby repealed.
2. Annexation of the area south of Esplanade, within the City of San Jacinto'% sphere
of influence will be pursued to the maximum extent feasible.
