RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
FACSIMILE SIGNATURE AGREEMENT FOR BANK ACCOUNTS AT THE
BANK OF HEMET IN SAN JACINTO
WHEREAS, The City of San Jacinto will need to update its signature card with Bank of
Hemet; and
WHEREAS, The City has designated the Mayor, Vice-Mayor, and the Interim City
Manager as signers on bank accounts; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet requires the City to adopt a corporate resolution and
authorization for the facsimile signature agreement,
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the following will be authorized signers
and facsimile signatures on Bank of Hemet bank accounts:
Mayor James Smedley
Vice-Mayor Debbie Cornett
Interim City Manager Habib Motlagh
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 1998.
