RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
SIGNERS FOR BANK ACCOUNTS AT THE
BANK OF HEMET AND HOME SAVINGS IN SAN JACINTO
WHEREAS, The City of San Jacinto will need to update its signature card with Bank of
Hemet and Home Savings; and
WHEREAS, The City has designated the Mayor, Vice Mayor, and the Interim City
Manager as signers on bank accounts; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet and Home Savings requires the City to adopt a corporate
resolution and authorization to designate authorized signers on bank accounts;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the following will be authorized signers
on Bank of Hemet and Home Savings bank accounts:
Mayor James Smedley
Vice Mayor Debbie Cornett
Interim City Manager Habib Motlagh
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 1998.

Abstain: None
Absent: Councilmembers Conner and Williams

Bank may honue",;4ars; Customer for any orders for payment or funds transfer
which are-eceived by facsimile (FAX) machine or telecopier cT similar means.
J. Bank may honor and charge Customer for such items, regardless of by whom or by
what means the actual or purported facsimile signature has been made, provided the facsimile
signature resembles the signature or the facsimile specimen which Customer has fled with Bank.
4. Customer agrees to hold Bank harmless and indemnify Bank from and against any and
all loss, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys fees, resulting from acting upon any such
authorization which the Bank reasonably believes to have come from the Customer.
S. All previous authorizations for the signing and honoring of checks, drafts or other
orders for the payment of money drawn on Bank by Customer are continued in full force and effect.
6 Bank may terminate this ageement at any time with or without cause or prior notice.
