A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
ESTABLISHMENT OF A MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT WITH
BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto desires to establish a money market
bank account with the Bank of Hemet; and,
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet has certain other bank accounts of the City of
San Jacinto with a corporate resolution and designated authorized signers on
bank accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the FDIC will insure an interest bearing bank account for up
to $100,000; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to open said money market
bank account; and,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, The City is hereby authorized to open a money market bank
account with the Bank of Hemet.
Section 2. Bank of Hemet may add such money market account as an
additional bank account of the City with the signature card
and corporate resolution now on file with the Bank of Hemet.
