A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PREFERRED
CIRCULATION ALTERNATIVE FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE
GENERAL PLAN UPDATE
WHEREAS, on August 2, 2001, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
(the "City Council" or "City", as appropriate) reviewed circulation alternatives for
incorporation into the ongoing Comprehensive General Plan Update; and
WHEREAS, the City Council after careful review and consideration of
identified constraints selected a Preferred Circulation Alternative; and
WHEREAS, the City Council selected the Preferred Circulation Alternative
to allow for the Comprehensive General Plan Update to review in greater detail
the potential impacts associated with the selected Preferred Circulation
Alternative; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1 . The Preferred Circulation Alternative attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for further consideration
and incorporation into the Comprehensive General Plan Update.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
hereof.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council this 6" day of September 2001.
