A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS IDENTIFIED
AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH CITY-ADOPTED RETENTION
SCHEDULE.
Whereas, the City of San Jacinto has adopted a Records Retention
Schedule which identifies the time that certain records are to be
maintained and available for review and establishes a date on which
records may be destroyed,
Whereas, an on-going review of City records maintained in an off-
site storage tank have identified records that have reached or surpassed
the identified destruction date; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS:
The records identified on Exhibit A to this resolution have been held
in accordance with the City of San Jacinto adopted retention schedule and
are hereby approved for destruction.
ADOPTED THIS 2ND DAY OF AUGUST, 2001.
