A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING SALE OF SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto from time to time accumulates
property not usable as a result of damage, age, or no longer safe for use; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, in an effort notto
retain property which cannot be used or is not cost effective to repair, has the
authority to declare the property as surplus.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
San Jacinto that the said property shown in Attachment "A" to this Resolution and
incorporated herein is declared surplus and the disposal/sale of said property in
accordance with lawful procedures is authorized.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2001, by the
following vote.-
