A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING DIRECTOR
FOR THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, TO SIGN APPLICATION FORMS,
SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS, AND TO ACCEPT ANY GRANT
OFFERINGS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, RELATING
TO A GRANT APPLICATION WITH THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ADMINISTRATION, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE.
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto has submitted a grant application to the
Economic Development Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, for the De Anza
Lift Station, Force Main, Gravity, Sewer and Water Mains Project;
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the governing body to validate the grant submittal
which was signed by Tim Hults as City of San Jacinto Planning Director-,
WHEREAS, to facilitate timely processing and acceptance of future amendments
and/or grant offers, the City wishes to delegate authority for the Planning Director to
sign any related agreements or grant offers; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
that the City of San Jacinto Planning Director is authorized to execute all grant
applications, subsequent amendments, or grant offerings, on behalf of the City of San
Jacinto, with the Economic Development Administration, U. S. Department of
Commerce.
Approved and adopted this 7tn day of June 2001.
