A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
PROVIDING FOR COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES OF
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the City Counci€members serve as Redevelopment Agency
Members for the City's Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, California Health and Safety Code §33114 et seq. provides
for the compensation and expenses of Agency Members, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto,
as follows:
1 , Redevelopment Agency Members for the City of San Jacinto shall
receive the sum of S30.00 for each meeting of the Agency, provided no member
shall receive compensation for attending more than four meetings of the Agency
during any calendar month.
2. Redevelopment Agency Members shall be reimbursed for their
actual and necessary expenses, including traveling expenses incurred in the
discharge of their duties.
Moved, passed, and adopted this 17th day of May, 2001, by the following
vote:
AYES: Ayres , Carlson-Buydos , Conner , Good , Williams
