A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY OF 5AN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
TO OFFER HARTFORD LIFE AS A DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto desires that the investment of funds held
under multiple plan administrators, including Hartford, ICMA and Lincoln
National, administer its deferred compensation plan. All plan funds will be held by
the plan administrator for the collective investment of funds held the under the
employees deferred compensation plans and money purchase retirement plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Jacinto hereby
executes the Hartford Administrative Services Agreement and Plan Document,
attached hereto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Finance Director of the City of San
Jacinto shall be the coordinator for all deferred compensation programs and shall
receive necessary reports, notices, etc. from all plan administrators, and shall
cast on behalf of the City of San Jacinto, any required votes under the program.
