A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER
OR HIS DESIGNEE TO REGISTER OR VEST WITH THE
RIVESIDE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR TO BID AND
PURCHASE TAX DEFAULTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, County of
Riverside, State of California, desires to bid for and purchase tax defaulted
property in the City of San Jacinto from the Riverside County Treasurer-Tax
Collector, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously appointed John F Wager Jr.,
as City Manager of the City of San Jacinto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the City Council gives John F_ Wager Jr, as City
`.. Manager, or his designee, Bernard Simon, as Finance Director of the City of San
Jacinto, the authority to register or vest at the sale of tax defaulted properties
conducted by the Riverside County Treasurer-Tax Collector, and gives John F.
Wager, as City Manager, or his designee, Bernard Simon, as Finance Director
the authority to bid on their behalf.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 2001 by the following
vote:
AYES: Ayres , Carlson-Buydos , Conner, Good, Williams
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
