A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,AUTHORIZING A
FACSIMILE SIGNATURE AGREEMENT FOR BANK ACCOUNTS AT THE
BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto will need to update its signature cards with Bank of
Hemet; and
WHEREAS,the City has designated the Mayor, Vice Mayor and the City Manager as
signers on the bank account; and
WHEREAS,Bank of Bernet requires the City to adopt a corporate resolution and
authorization for the facsimile signature agreement;
THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the following will be authorized
signers and facsimile signatures on Bank of Hemet accounts:
Mayor Patrick A. Williams
Vice Mayor Jim Ayres
City Manager John F. Wager, Jr.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17'h day of August, 2000
