A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, INCREASING THE
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR VEHICLE RELEASE.
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto may within its policing authority set
certain fees to be collected for services provided ; and,
WHEREAS, the Police Department's current administrative vehicle
release fee does not cover actual expenses incurred; and,
WHEREAS the Police Department's vehicle release fee shall be
increased by Resolution of the City Council,-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, determined and ordered by the
City Council of the City of San Jacinto, County of Riverside, State of California as
follows:
SECTION 1 ; The vehicle release fee for all vehicles stored under the
provisions of the California Vehicle Code is hereby
increased to $ 86.50 (eighty-six dollars and fifty cents).
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July, 2003, by the
following vote_
Ayes: Carlson-Buydos, Conner, Shaw, Stubblefield, Ayres
