A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL_ OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING SIGNERS FOR BANK
ACCOUNTS AT THE BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto needs to update its signature cards with
Bank of Hemet; and
WHEREAS, the City has designated the Mayor, Vice Mayor, City Manager and
Finance Director as signers on the bank account; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet requires the City to adopt a corporate resolution and
authorization to designate authorized signers on bank accounts,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, California, that any previous resolutions for signatures are
rescinded and the following will be authorized signers on Bank of Hemet accounts:
Mayor Jim Ayres
Vice Mayor Chris Carlson Buydos
City Manager Peter Cosentini
Finance Director Bernard Simon
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto this
1 st day of May, 2003 by the following vote.
Ayes: Carlson-Buydos, Conner, Shaw, Stubblefield, Ayres
Nays: None
Abstain: None
Absent: None
