CITY OF SAN JACINTO
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A FACSIMILE SIGNATURE
AGREEMENT FOR BANK ACCOUNTS AT THE BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto periodically updates its signature cards
with Bank of Hemet; and
WHEREAS, the City has designated the Mayor, Vice Mayor, City Manager
and Finance Director as signers on the bank account; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet requires the City to adopt a corporate resolution
and authorization for the facsimile signature agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of San Jacinto, California, the following will be authorized signers and
facsimile signatures on Bank of Hemet accounts:
Mayor Jim Ayres
Vice Mayor Chris Carlson-Buydos
City Manager Peter Cosentini
Finance Director Bernard Simon
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2003 by the following vote:
Ayes: Carlson-Buydos, Conner, Shaw, Stubblefield, Ayres
Nays: None
Abstain: None
Absent: None
