A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, TO CHANGE AUTHORIZED OFFICERS
FOR BUSINESS ON LINE BANKING AGREEMENT WITH BANK OF
HEMET
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto adopted Resolution 2362 on August 1,
2002 to enter into an Business On Line Banking Agreement with the Bank of Hemet,
and
WHEREAS, the City periodically updates its schedule of Authorized Officers
with Bank of Hemet; and
WHEREAS, the City has designated the titles of Mayor, Vice Mayor, City
Manager and Finance Director as Authorized Officers on the Business On Line
Banking Agreement; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of San Jacinto, California., the following will be Authorized Officers and
facsimile signatures on Bank of Hemet accounts:
Mayor Jim Ayres
Vice Mayor Chris Carlson-Buydos
City Manager Peter Cosentini
Finance Director Bernard Simon
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 2003 by the following vote:
Ayes: Carlson-Buydos, Conner, Shaw, Stubblefield, Ayres
Nays: None
Abstain: None
Absent: None
