A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
REDUCING THE NUMBER OF APPOINTED MEMBERS ON THE
ESTUDILLO MANSION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Estudillo Mansion Committee was established by the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jacinto on February 18, 1998 by
adoption of Resolution 99-3. and
WHEREAS, on September 8, 2001 the City Council of the City of Jacinto
resolved to establish an Estudillo Mansion committee for purpose of advising on
matters regarding the Estudillo Mansion by adoption of Resolution No. 2305; and
WHEREAS, Section 3 of Resolution No. 2305 specifies that the Estudillo
Mansion Committee shall be comprised of nine (9) appointed members.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, determined and ordered by the
City Council of the City of San Jacinto, Resolution 2305 is amended as follows:

The City Council shall appoint seven members to the Estudillo Mansion
Committee.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 171h day of June, 2004 by the following
vote:
Ayes: Conner, Shaw, Stubblefield, Ayres
Nays: None
Absent: Ayres
Abstain: None
