A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, TO NAME AUTHORIZED PERSONS TO
CONDUCT TRANSACTIONS WITH LOCAL AGENCY
INVESTMENT FUND
WHEREAS, under Government Code Section 16429.1 et seq., the State
of California, State Treasury created the Local Agency Investment Fund; and
WHEREAS, a local government may remit money in its treasury, not
immediately required for its needs, to the State Treasurer for the purpose of
investment, notwithstanding any other provisions of law and with the consent of
the governing body; and
WHEREAS, the State Treasurer shall account for and invest such sums of
money on behalf of the City of San Jacinto as prescribed in Government Code
Section 16430; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto has previously applied to the State
NOW Treasurer to invest sums of money on behalf of the City of San Jacinto as
prescribed in Government Code Section 16430; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto will periodically update the named
persons authorized to conduct business and transactions on behalf of the City of
San Jacinto,
WHEREAS, that the City Council of the City of the City of San Jacinto
hereby rescind previous resolutions to name Authorized Persons To Conduct
Transactions With Local Agency Investment Fund.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and City
Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, name the following persons to be
Authorized Persons to conduct business and transactions with the Local Agency
Investment Fund.

Vice Mayor Dale Stubblefield
City Treasurer Jim Potts
Finance Director Bernard Simon
