A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING COMPREHEHNSIVE DESIGN
GUIDELINES FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto (the "City") is subject to extensive residential
development and has large areas of land undeveloped; and
WHEREAS, quality architecture, enhanced home placement, and attractive
street scenes have been proven to enhance the quality of life and value of residential
communities; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Design Guidelines for Single Family Residential
Development provide for an enhanced residential community
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto as follows:
*41W Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the Comprehensive Design
Guidelines for Single Family Residential Development in the City of San Jacinto.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of San Jacinto on this 7th day of July, 2005.
